Outline of Services
Our account management is designed to make it easy for you to advertise on major search engines and social media sites. Under the service agreement, we manage pay per click advertising for one website.
The advertising platforms we work with include Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, Yahoo! Gemini Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. If you have a separate website you would like to do additional PPC advertising for, we manage it as a separate account with separate fees.
Account Setup, Budget and Fees
The accounts with search engines or social media sites are set up on your behalf and use your contact and payment information.
We work within any size budget and ask you to determine how much you are willing to spend over a one month period exclusively on click costs (each time their ad is clicked on). There may be other advertising fees stemming directly from the search engine and/or social media site that they are advertising on to consider.
To determine the initial keyword list, you should provide suggested phrases that you feel best describes or reflects your services, products and/or business. Using our proprietary tools and expertise, we will then recommend an initial set of keywords to bid on.
Day to Day Management
Your account(s) will be reviewed daily, Monday through Friday. Budgets will be monitored, as well as cost per clicks, spend, and overall performance. Adjustments will be made periodically to ensure enough data has been collected to make informative decisions about the accounts growth and performance.
Additional service fees may be required if other requests are made. For example, the account manager may make suggestions regarding changes on the website or the creation of banner ads used for PPC-related strategies. We provide a quote and if these (and other) strategies are approved by you, it will be added to the management fee cost.
We provide you with Basic reporting on a monthly basis, which is derived from the advertising body. This reporting simplifies the main essential aspects of the account for you, in order to get a better picture of how the advertising budget is being spent and performing.
